Per passare una vacanza indimenticabile all'estero, ma non troppo lontano dall'Italia, andate in Costa Brava, il litorale spagnolo nella regione della Catalogna che si estende per 200 km fin quasi a Barcellona.
In questa zona mare e montagna si incontrano, i piccoli paesi affacciati sul mare sono ancora intrisi di tradizioni catalane, i centri residenziali traboccano di vita soprattutto la notte e le spiagge, molte ancora selvagge, si susseguono per lunghissimi tratti. Se l'obiettivo della vostra vacanza non risiede solo nella meta da raggiungere ma anche nel viaggio in sè...questa è la vacanza che fa per voi.
Il litorale più famoso della Spagna è suggestivo da ogni punto di vista ma ideale anche per chi cerca puro divertimento. Quando scende la sera l'atmosfera si scalda, le luci dei locali si accendono e comincia la movida della mitica notte spagnola.

Tossa de Mar
Antico villaggio di pescatori circondato dalle mura risalenti al XIII secolo che cingono Villa Bella, il vecchio centro storico che si affaccia sul mare, Tossa è una delle località più pittoresche della zona. La parte nuova pullula di alberghi e pensioni.
Roses
In un bellissimo porto naturale che sovrasta il golfo di Roses, la località turistica è molto apprezzata soprattutto da chi non cerca una vacanza frenetica.
Lloret de Mar
A 60 km da Barcellona è considerato uno dei paesi turistici con la migliore offerta di attrezzature turistiche, sportive, ludiche, gastronomiche che si vanno ad aggiungere ad un mare pulitissimo certificato dalla bandiera blu rilasciata dalla CEE.
In questa località piena di vita non si distingue il giorno dalla notte!
Blanes
Centro balneare pieno di vita, ideale per chi vuole divertirsi di giorno ma soprattutto di notte.
Cadaquès
E' un piccolo borgo di pescatori, delizioso per chi ama i posti caratteristici e tranquilli, poco toccati dal turismo. A Figueras, in prossimità di Cadaquès, sorge la casa-museo di Salvador Dalì, opera bizzarra che merita assolutamente una visita.
Come arrivarci
In macchina: è il mezzo migliore per arrivare e visitare questa zona. Le principali vie d'accesso alla Catalogna sono la A/7 – autostrada del Mediterraneo – e la A/2 – autostrada del nordest. Si arriva anche percorrendo la statale N–II (Madrid-La Jonquera); da Andorra percorrendo la statale N-420; dalla regione Valenza percorrendo la statale N-340 o la N-232. Buona la rete stradale che collega le diverse località catalane tra loro.
In aereo: in Costa Brava ci sono due aeroporti: quello di Girona e di Empuriabrava, situato nella baia di Roses. In alternativa si può arrivare all'aeroporto di Barcellona e spostarsi poi in treno o pullman.
In pullman: sono numerose le società di trasporti che collegano la Costa Brava a Barcellona. Dalla Stazione del Nord partono pullman che collegano Barcellona alle principali città spagnole.
Dall'Italia è possibile partire con Eurolines.
In treno: non è certo il mezzo più comodo. Dall'Italia ci vogliono molte ore, non si risparmia affatto e, arrivati in Spagna, è necessario scendere dal treno italiano e salire su quello spagnolo perchè nella penisola iberica i binari hanno dimensioni diverse.
